  • Have you seen this book yet? This is the first wedding book I purchased from Amazon after hearing about Jo Gartin through my second favorite wedding blog (after Weddingbee, of course). Named by Vogue magazine as the "best wedding coordinator," Jo Gartin has planned weddings for Hollywood celebs, including Brooke Shields, Courteney Cox Arquette, Molly Shannon, and Taye Diggs.

    Because the wonderful world of internet is free, I don't plan on buying a lot of bridal books and magazines, but this one is a keeper. I am SO stealing some of her ideas.

    Thanks for posting this. I'll have to check it out the next time I go to the bookstore. Style Me Pretty is a lovely site. I almost can't look at it because it will make me want everything. RYC: I have Mr. & Mrs. Okra too, but the picture I posted was just of the "extra" Okra I planted for my mum. I like what you said about that though..like Prince (or "the symbol" which he was known for a while) or Cher. I was almost Miss Okra on weddingbee (Fi's suggestion) but it wasn't cute enough and some people don't know what okra is either.
